Who is Olea Connects™ for?
Registered nonprofits, societies, charities, and community organizations at any size or stage are welcome. Resources are written primarily for a Canadian context, while international members can also join.
How does billing work?
Choose annual or quarterly billing, paid upfront in Canadian dollars. Quarterly payments renew every three months. Your total is shown at checkout before payment; taxes are not currently collected. Existing members keep their current terms.
Is there a free trial?
No. Olea Connects™ does not offer a free trial. Founding rates are available for the first 2 years with OLEAFOUNDING15 while the first 50 paid places remain.
What is the founding-member offer?
Use OLEAFOUNDING15 during signup. The first 50 paid organizations receive the fixed founding rate for 2 years (2 annual or 8 quarterly payments). After that, the standard rate applies.
How many seats are included?
Seedling includes 5 seats, Roots includes 10, and Canopy includes 15. Existing Harvest memberships include 20. Additional seats are $15 CAD one-time per seat on any tier.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades are available anytime and charge the price difference immediately while keeping the renewal date unchanged. Downgrades happen at renewal.
Can we cancel?
Cancel before the next renewal to stop future payments. Quarterly memberships run through the quarter paid, and annual memberships run through the year paid. Membership fees are non-refundable.
How do referrals work?
Approved referrers receive a unique link. Eligible referrals can earn 10% of the referred organization's first successful membership payment, up to $500. Renewals, self-referrals, and duplicate credits are not eligible.
Are coaching and admin support included?
Board facilitation and 1:1 impact coaching are available by quote. If you need board administration help, tell us what you need.
What is Olea's Circle of Generosity?
Olive Social Impact donates 15% of its profits to nonprofits as unrestricted donations. This is not a grant program: there is no application, and membership does not guarantee a donation.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your organization owns its data. After cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to download or export it before it is removed from live systems.
